Luckily, I’ve found these quick and yummy healthy snacks that’s easy to carry on your travels, school, or at work.

Nuts – like almonds, walnuts, cashews, and pistachios – contain a wealth of important nutrients that contribute to a healthy heart. Keep in mind that nuts also contain high in calories so eat them in moderation.

2. Yogurt With Fruits

If you’re a yogurt lover like me. Combining them with fruits is the perfect combination that makes you go for a second dib. Take a low fat yogurt and sprinkle them with apples, berries, grapes, and bananas.

3. Oatmeal Love

Known as a breakfast meal, oatmeal can be enjoyed anytime throughout the day. While the flavors aren’t exactly the most flavorful snack, it is relatively low in calories. Studies have also shown that oatmeal may promote weight loss and improve cholesterol level. You can bump up the flavors by adding in your favorite nuts, dried fruits, and nut butter.

4. Dark Chocolate Goodness

Dark chocolates are high in antioxidants which helps reduce blood pressure and promote good heart health. The cocoa content is what makes it so nutritious. If you love the bitter taste of coffee, then you may enjoy the taste of dark chocolate.
